PURPOSE: A ramman analysis based high-speed multiple drug high-speed screening device is provided to remove interference between substances by measuring the ramman signals generated by a core-gap-shell nano particle and to obtain high reproducibility by using the core-gap-shell nano particle in which a ramman scattering effect is maximized. CONSTITUTION: A ramman analysis based high-speed multiple drug high-speed screening device comprises an excitation module, a microscope module, and an image processing module. The excitation module is composed of a lens inducing a light source to a microscope, a mirror, and a pinhole. The microscope module comprises a motion controller(50), a ramman filter(40), and a detector(111). The motion controller controls a position change of a specimen. The ramman filter excites the specimen and filters lights of a ramman frequency from the lights scattered from the specimen. The detector detects successively detects the lights penetrated through the ramman filter. |
