<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composite particle for decontamination suitable for a system and a method for decontaminating radioactive materials which are capable of decontaminating radioactive materials with high efficient, high in environment resistance, and suitable for mass processing. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic composite particle for decontamination comprises a multilayer structure of a magnetic nanoparticle 10 in a core part, a capturing compound 18 for capturing radioactive materials in a liquid on a surface layer, and a coating layer 15 which directly covers the magnetic nanoparticle 10 and is substantially formed between the magnetic nanoparticle 10 and the capturing compound 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
