<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facilities capable of cooking food, heating in winter and preparing a bath useful for body care, a large water boiling tool, and a fire source for cooking, thus ensuring minimum life level and mental care for the time being, since as known, in order to ensure food and life continuance of sufferers in disaster/emergency such as earthquake, tsunami, and other accidents, food, drinking water and heating in winder are essential, however, in reality no sufficient means has been provided. <P>SOLUTION: A flame opening and a mounting part for surrounding the flame opening are formed on the upper part of a brazier. The placing part is lower by one stage than an upper surface. On the placing part, a fluid housing tool such as a drum and a kettle, or a cooking utensil such as a frying pan and a pan, are placed. The placing part and the bottom part of the brazier constitute a combustion chamber. A fire grating, an ash plate are arranged in the combustion chamber. A lid for opening/closing the combustion chamber is disposed in one surface of the brazier.
