<p>The objective of the present invention is to reduce the size of an outdoor unit having a humidifying function while preventing any decline in humidifying performance. A guide structure (56b) is provided for changing the direction of a portion of the air blown by an outdoor fan (39). A humidifier unit (60) has a moisture absorbing section (61) for absorbing moisture from outside air, and an intake port (68a) and an exhaust port (69) for the outside air supplied to the moisture absorbing section (61). The exhaust port (69) is situated facing a negative pressure space (70) at the perimeter of the outdoor fan (39). The humidifier unit (60) is constituted such that the air of which the direction has been changed by the guide structure (56b) passes from the intake port (68a) through the moisture absorbing section (61) and exits from the exhaust port (69).</p>
