<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulation box in which a final filling part for a foamable heat insulating material is formed at a position that gives no influence on the design of the product and a gas release hole is provided for stabilized product quality and improved heat insulation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat insulation box having a top surface 2, a bottom surface 3, right and left surfaces 4, 5, a back surface 6 composed of an inner box and an outer box, and a vertical partition 10, and configured to be filled with a foamable heat insulating material between the inner box and the outer box, includes: three-dimensionally tilting the heat insulation box body with the side surface 5 to which the vertical partition 10 is closer being on the bottom, with an angle A formed between the side surface 5 and the top surface 2 serving as a fulcrum point, and with the side surface 3 and the other side surface 4 facing upward; and filling the foamable heat insulating material between the outer surface and the inner surface through an injection inlet 15 provided on the bottom surface 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
