<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector capable of simplifying its mounting structure and reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical female side shell 20 covering a female terminal is mounted to a female housing 10. A male housing 30 houses a case engagement part 31 to be attached to a metal case 1 housing equipment; and a male terminal 40 forming a L-shape having a housing engagement part 32 engaged with the female housing 10, and bent in L-shape from the case engagement part 31 to the housing engagement part 32. A male shell 50 in which a first shell part 51 with an open bottom to be mounted to the housing engagement part 32 and a second shell part 52 with an open bottom covering a side surface from an upper surface of the case engagement part 31 are integrally formed, is mounted to the male housing 30.
