<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a freeze storage container with stable manufacturing of a container, especially excelling in heat sealing property at low temperature and furthermore, to develop a container having excellent sealing strength and hardly breaking when freeze storing. <P>SOLUTION: This method uses a freeze storage container at an extremely low temperature of -80 to -196°C and the use method includes a process of storing a biological sample in the freeze storage container. In this case, the freeze storage container is composed of a laminated film including at least an adhesive fluoropolymer film and a film that is other than the adhesive fluoropolymer film. The adhesive fluoropolymer film is present on at least one of the outer most surfaces. The adhesive fluoropolymer film is composed of adhesive fluoropolymer having an adhesive portion. In this case, the adhesive portion is at least one selected from a carbon-carbon double bond, carbonyl group [-C(=O)], a group having a carbonyl group or bond, hydroxy group, cyano group, sulfonic acid group, and epoxy group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
