The present invention pertains to a collective intelligence service system and a method thereof. The present invention includes a questioner terminal unit for generating a user question; a response target terminal unit for responding to the user question which was generated; and a service response unit which receives the user question generated from the questioner terminal unit, sets a filtering standard for selecting the response target terminal unit on the basis of characteristic information included in the user question which was received, and transmits the user question which was received to the response target terminal unit selected according to the filtering standard; and thus, can anticipate an efficient response for the user question through the filtering process by efficiently delimiting the question target for the information dependent on a time and a space. |
