METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ACQUIRING RADIATION EXPOSURE LEVEL, AND RADIOGRAPHIC IMAGING SYSTEM

[Problem] To acquire more accurately the radiation exposure level of a subject, who has been injected with a contrast medium, even during the continuous radiographic imaging of said subject. [Solution] A subject, who has been injected with a contrast medium, is subjected to continuous radiographic imaging whereby, the radiation exposure level of the subject is acquired on the basis of the radiation image signals of each frame, which are detected by a radiation image detector. During this process, frames including image signals that express an image of the contrast-medium amongst the radiation image signals of each frame are identified as contrast-media frames, and the radiation exposure level of the subject during the contrast-media-frame radiographic imaging is corrected to acquire the radiation exposure level on the basis of the information from these contrast-media frames.
