A harness guide structure (40) has a hinge (30), a wire harness (25), and a protector (41). The hinge (30) has a first rotating shaft (37) and a second rotating shaft (38) disposed parallel to each other, and an intermediate support member (35) for supporting the first rotating shaft (37) and the second rotating shaft (38). The protector (41) is fixed to the intermediate support member (35). The protector (41) guides the wire harness (25) so that the wire harness passes along the rotational axis (L1) of the first rotating shaft (37) and the rotational axis (L2) of the second rotating shaft (38).
