A power unit for generating driving power includes a lower base (1) used as base structure to be attached with a horizontal base (2) equipped with a mechanical power generator (3). The mechanical power generator (3) includes side moving bases (4) attached with each side of the horizontal base (2) and moved forward-backward used to receive the wavering from a floating bases (6). At the upper side of the side moving base (4) on the right side of the horizontal base (2), there is an upper chain drive bearing structure base (7) assembled with a driving bearing chain (8) to transmit the wavering power of the side moving base (4) to a right driving pinion (9) bearing with the right side of a gear spindle (10). At the upper side of the side moving base (4) on the left side of the horizontal base (2), there is a lower chain drive bearing structure base (11) assembled with a driving bearing chain (12) to transmit the wavering power of the side moving base (4) to a left driving pinion (13) bearing with the left side of the gear spindle (10). At another part of the gear spindle (10), there is a gear wheel (16) suitable for bearing with a driving chain (17) to transmit driving power to a driving receipt gear (18) borne with a driving receipt spindle (19). The driving receipt spindle (19) transmits driving power to outside tools or equipments.
