NATURAL SWEETENER COMPOSITION WITH HIGH SWEETNESS HAVING IMPROVED TEMPORAL PROFILE AND/OR FLAVOR PROFILE, METHOD FOR FORMULATING THE SAME, AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving the taste of a natural non-calorie or low-calorie sweetener with high sweetness, and a composition to be given sweetness.

SOLUTION: This sweetener composition includes at least one natural sweetener with high sweetness, and at least one modified natural sweetener with high sweetness, or their combination, and at least one sweet taste improving composition selected from the group consisting of carbohydrate, polyol, amino acid and its equivalent salt, polyamino acid and its equivalent salt, saccharic acid and its equivalent salt, organic acid, inorganic acid, organic salt, inorganic salt, a bitter compound, flavor, an astringent compound, polymer, protein or protein hydrolysate, a surfactant, an emulsifier, flavonoid, alcohol, a synthetic sweetener, and their combination. The taste of the natural non-calorie or low-calorie sweetener with high sweetness is improved by giving taste or characteristics like sugar.
