<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory array constitution which maintains data efficiency and reduces power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a first bus for transferring address signal/control signal; and a second bus (RWBS) for transferring write data and read data, the first and second buses are commonly provided in a memory array comprising a plurality basic units. The semiconductor device further includes: a first control circuit 6 for sequentially transmitting the address/control signals from one end of the first bus to the basic units in an order from a basic unit on a far end from said one end to a basic unit on a near end to said one end; and a second control circuit 7 for sequentially transmitting data signals from one end of the second bus to the basic units in an order from a basic unit on a far end to said one end to a basic unit on a near end to said one end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
