<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting a packaging apparatus that is advantageous to position a pair of guide members for pressing an outer flap onto an inner flap. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for adjusting a packaging apparatus, an article is packaged with a box material. The method includes the steps of: arranging a tool on a stopping conveyor, the tool having an indication showing a reference position in a direction perpendicular to a conveyance direction of the box material and the article by the conveyor; hanging down a string with a weight from a structure arranged above the conveyor so that the string crosses the indication; and positioning at least one of a pair of folding guides and a pair of pressing guides so that a distance from the string is a predetermined distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
