<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device for a clearance between blades of a cutting apparatus that adjusts the clearance between the blades accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The adjusting device 10 for the clearance T between the blades of the cutting apparatus 100 cuts a thin workpiece. The device includes: a gauge 20 including an upper blade wall surface 21A and a lower blade wall surface 22A which is arranged at a distance of the clearance T0 between the blades from the upper blade wall surface 21A; and an upper blade distance sensor 31 and a lower blade distance sensor 32 that are spaced at a predetermined distance from the upper blade wall surface 21A and the lower blade wall surface 22A, respectively, of the gauge 20 attached to an upper shaft 111. While the gauge 20 is attached to the upper shaft 111, the upper blade distance sensor 31 detects a distance to the upper blade wall surface 21A and the distance is calculated as an upper blade reference distance A0, and the lower blade distance sensor 32 detects a distance to the lower blade wall surface 22A and the distance is calculated as a lower blade reference distance B0. While an upper blade 101 and a lower blade 102 are attached to the upper shaft 111 and the lower shaft 112, a position of the upper blade 101 is adjusted based on the upper reference distance A0, and the lower blade 102 is adjusted based on the lower reference distance B0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
