<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further downsize a driving source, and to save power by reducing the friction resistance of a plunger guide mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A driving tool includes a driver 27 driving a fastener, a plunger 25 to which the driver 27 is fixed and which moves the fastener in the driving direction, and the plunger guide mechanism provided in the moving direction of the plunger 25. The guide mechanism includes guide rollers 31a, 31b provided at the plunger 25, and a guide rail 23 provided in the moving direction of the plunger 25 and with which the guide rollers 31a, 31b are engaged.
