<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that solubility resistance against an electrolyte of an obtained electrode is not always satisfactorily enough in conventional binders for a lithium ion secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode binder contains a polymer A and/or a polymer B.
