<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tolerance measuring instrument which is easy to be used and compact, and allows a user to easily measure tolerance on the desk and experientially deepen understanding while confirming a function. <P>SOLUTION: The tolerance measuring instrument includes: a gauge table; a slide nut screwed into one end of an adjustment screw rod pressed down on the gauge table in one direction, moved forward/backward horizontally and pressed down in one direction by an elastic body; the adjustment screw rod provided in a freely movable forward/backward manner by being screwed into the slide nut; an adjustment base pressed down by a spring with respect to advance of the adjustment screw rod; a tolerance pin obtained by extracting one suitable to a design request among a plurality of tolerance pins selected for reference dimensions and attached to the adjustment base; and a gauge plate obtained by extracting one suitable to the design request among a plurality of gauge plates having a circular arc opening groove selected for reference dimensions suitable to the tolerance pin, fitted into a reception member of the gauge table, and supported by a shaft to be freely rotatable.
