<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy-modified silicone composition whose cured material has favorable transparency and excellent light resistance, heat-fading resistance, adhesiveness, and has excellent storage stability even when exposed to high-temperature environment in transport or storage, and also to provide a curable epoxy-modified silicone composition containing the above composition. <P>SOLUTION: The epoxy-modified silicone composition contains 0.0005-5 pts.mass of at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenolic, phosphoric, sulfuric and amine-based antioxidants based on 100 pts.mass of an epoxy-modified silicone represented by an average composition formula (1) [wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>s are each independently (A) a monovalent aliphatic organic group, (B) a monovalent aromatic organic group or (C) a monovalent organic group; and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>s are each independently an organic group containing epoxy groups]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
