<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement spacer which prevents concrete from being cracked by a plastic spacer, a minute gap from being formed between the spacer surface and the concrete, and the shape of concrete from being damaged by a rusted steel bar. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcement spacer made of plastic includes a soft portion formed of a plastic material which is softer compared to the other portions, in a region extending from the surface side of concrete to a steel bar. The concrete is prevented from being cracked at the soft part. A minute gap is prevented from being formed between the spacer surface and the concrete. Water infiltrating from a crack in the concrete surface cannot enter inside the soft portion, being unreachable to a steel bar.
