摘要 The present invention relates to a power generating device having a low-resistance wind inductive unit, and more specifically, the invention enables the wind to pass through a wind induction unit regardless of the blowing direction of the wind such that a generating device is operated through a rotary unit which concentrates the wind, thereby increasing the generation of wind energy. Further, the present invention relates to a hybrid generating system which comprises: a generator; a wind power generating unit that is rotated by the wind; a photovoltaic generating unit that is positioned on the outer side of said wind power generating unit, and produces electricity by using sun light; a movement generating unit that is configured for exercise by a human body; a power transmission unit that transmits, to said generator, the power which is generated from said wind power generating unit and said movement generating unit; and a charger that charges electric power which is generated from said generator, wherein said photovoltaic generating unit comprises: a plurality of solar panels that are radially arranged on the outer circumference of said wind power generating unit; and a reflecting plate that is coupled to rear sides of said plurality of solar panels, and reflects the sun light to the solar panels which is in the opposite direction of the sung light according to the movement of the sun.
