PURPOSE: A carbonization and combustion apparatus for solid fuel containing moisture is provided to prevent the generation of a clinker and to improve heat efficiency by reabsorbing radiant heat and having a low air ratio. CONSTITUTION: A carbonization and combustion apparatus for solid fuel containing moisture comprises a fuel supply unit(10), a fuel carbonization unit(20), a gas combustion unit(30), and a filtering unit(40). The fuel carbonization unit comprises a carbonization chamber(23) and a carbonization unit(25). The carbonization chamber receives solid fuel from the fuel supply unit. The carbonization unit is installed in the carbonization chamber and carbonizes the solid fuel. A storing and discharging unit(21) is installed in the carbonization chamber and stacks the solid fuel and discharges ash generated during carbonization. The gas combustion unit is composed of a combustion chamber(33) and a combustion unit(35). The combustion chamber is connected to the fuel carbonization unit through a gas transfer pipe(31) and receives gas generated when carbonizing the solid fuel. The combustion unit burns the gas supplied to the combustion chamber. The filtering unit is installed in between the upper part of the carbonization chamber and the gas transfer pipe and eliminates moisture.
