PURPOSE: A coupler for precast concrete and a precast concrete assembly therewith are provided to simplify assembling work by not requiring the pre-assembly of the coupler when a precast concrete structure is installed. CONSTITUTION: A coupler(100) for precast concrete comprises first and second coupler caps(110,120), first and second connection members(130,140), first and second stopping nuts(150,160), and a fixing spring(170). The first coupler cap is inserted into a first connection bolt(11) protruded from one precast concrete(1). The second coupler cap is inserted into a second connection bolt(12) protruded from the other one precast concrete(2). The first and second coupler connection members are installed between the first and second coupler caps and are detachably coupled to the first and second connection bolts at right angles to each other. The first and second stopping nuts are coupled to the first and second connection bolts. The fixing spring is installed between the first and second stopping nuts.
