摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a Fe-based metal plate in which the ä200} plane is more highly accumulated and to which a high electrical resistance is imparted. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a Fe-based metal plate includes: a process comprising preparing a base metal plate formed from a Fe-based metal of an &alpha;-&gamma; transformation component system and having a processed structure, and then sticking at least one ferrite-forming element on one surface or both surfaces of the metal plate; a process for heating the base metal plate, on which the ferrite-forming element is stuck, to A<SB POS="POST">3</SB>point of the base metal while applying a magnetic field below the Curie temperature so as to diffuse the ferrite-forming element into the base metal plate and to form an alloy; and a process for heating the base metal plate to a temperature of from the A<SB POS="POST">3</SB>point to 1,300&deg;C and keeping the temperature to increase the ä200} plane integration of &alpha;-Fe phase alloyed by the diffusion of the ferrite-forming element and at the same time, to decrease the ä222} plane integration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
