<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition for forming a solar cell collector electrode capable of obtaining a solar cell that exhibits a high fill factor over a wide calcination temperature range (700-800°C), and to provide a solar cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive composition for forming a collector electrode of a solar cell forms a collector electrode of a solar cell having a surface electrode on the light receiving surface side, an antireflection film, a semiconductor substrate and a back electrode. The conductive composition contains conductive particles (A), a fatty acid silver salt (B), an acetylacetone metal complex (C), glass frit (D) and a solvent (E). A content of the fatty acid silver salt (B) is 1-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the conductive particles (A), and a content of the acetylacetone metal complex (C) is 0.1-10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the conductive particles (A), and the mass ratio (B/C) of the content of the fatty acid silver salt (B) to the content of the acetylacetone metal complex (C) is 1 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
