摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that allows an ONU to decrypt encrypted data from an OLT after the ONU has returned to a frame receivable state if the ONU temporarily stopped receiving a frame. <P>SOLUTION: An OLT transmits to an ONU a cipher frame that can be decrypted if a time stamp is synchronized between the OLT and the ONU. The OLT transmits a cipher frame including a time stamp of the OLT to the ONU to have the time stamp synchronized between the OLT and the ONU.
