<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel device and an inspection system using the same capable of highly accurate detection as well as a real-time analysis associated with temperature changes. <P>SOLUTION: A channel device, which has a channel 1 and can heat fluid inside the channel as well as observe a state of the fluid inside the channel 1 using light, comprises: a first member 2 having an observation surface 3 as well as an inner wall upper surface 4; a second member 5 which is opposite to the inner wall upper surface 4 and has an inner wall lower surface constituting an inner wall of the channel; and a heating resistor 6 having a reflection surface, to reflect the light, provided on the inner wall lower surface.
