REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE FOR HOLLOW SLAB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely ensure strength and durability of a hollow slab after repair by preventing a foam filler from projecting outward when repairing the hollow slab by filling a hollow part with the foam filler by injecting an undiluted solution of the foam filler from a cut part extending in an axial direction of a hollow tube.

SOLUTION: A repair method for hollow slab includes the processes of: cutting a part of a hollow tube 6 along the axial direction by beating a concrete part 4 of the hollow slab; arranging a form plate 9 at a cut part 61 and fixing the form plate 9 with a fitting tool 10 and a spacer 14 fitted to a reinforcing bar of the hollow slab; filling a hollow part 7 with a foam filler 15 by injecting the undiluted solution of the foam filler 15 into the hollow part 7 of the hollow tube 6 from the cut part 61, and foaming the undiluted solution of the foam filler 15 while holding down it with the form plate 9; removing the form plate 9; and installing a complement concrete part 16 in an area where the concrete part 4 is beaten.
