Provided are: an antenna device that can accurately attach multiple antennas to a subject in a position information-estimating system that estimates the position of a capsule endoscope; an antenna; and an antenna holder that holds the antennas. The antenna device (4), which acquires information from an intra-subject device that is introduced into a subject and moves inside the subject, is equipped with: an acquisition antenna (4) that has a single polygonal sheet (40) on which multiple reception antennas are fixed and in which a positioning hole (49) is formed at a position shifted from the center of the polygonal sheet (40); and an antenna holder (7) having a holding part (71), which holds the acquisition antenna (4) and in which a positioning hole (73) that corresponds to the positioning hole (49) of the acquisition antenna (4) is formed.
