The present invention relates to a rotary body for a wind power generating apparatus in which blades are coupled. More particularly, the rotary body for a wind power generating apparatus comprises: an annular center unit, blade-fixing units arranged radially from the center unit; movement weights which move by means of moving means within the respective blade-fixing units so as to provide rotational inertia; movement-timing detection sensors for detecting the movement-timing of the movement weights; and a control unit which controls the operation of the moving means based on the value detected by the movement-timing detection sensors. The center of gravity of the rotary body is biased toward one side as the movement weights in the respective blade-fixing units move, and rotational inertia may be generated by means of the dead load of the rotary body, thus rotating the rotary body to generate electrical energy. |
