<p>A display device provided with the following: light-emitting units (2) comprising a plurality of light sources that emit different colors of light, a white-point information setting unit (4) that sets the hue of the white point of the light-emitting units, and a computation unit (5). Said computation unit determines whether or not a value computed on the basis of the white-point hue set by the white-point information setting unit falls within a predetermined range. On the basis of the result of said determination, the computation unit computes the following: a correction value for the luminance of each light source in the light-emitting units; and a correction value for the levels of each color in an image signal, said colors corresponding to the colors emitted by the aforementioned light sources.</p> |
