<p>Use: in the railway transport sector for the production of spring-actuated frictional shock absorbers. Essence: the shock absorber comprises a hollow body, movable friction plates, immovable friction plates with metal-ceramic inserts, friction wedges, a pressing cone, a support plate, and an internal and an external spring. The movable friction plates are equipped with lateral guiding ribs interacting with the springs via the support plate. Bevels with corresponding joinable configuration are formed on the surface of the above-mentioned plate, symmetrically relative to the plane thereof, at the abutment points of the friction wedges. Technical advantages: improving the operating characteristics, providing more reliable protection of elements of the construction from transverse movements, increasing the energy capacity and simplifying the construction and the manufacturing technology of the shock absorber.</p> |
