LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPENSING SYSTEM USING PIEZO VALVE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal dispensing system using a piezo valve is provided to supply liquid crystal to a glass substrate by precisely controlling the amount of liquid crystal and the pressure of N2 gas by the piezo valve. CONSTITUTION: A piezo valve for pressure control(20) controls the pressure of nitrogen gas supplied to a liquid crystal storage unit. A piezo valve for flow control(30) controls the flow rate of liquid crystal supplied from a liquid crystal storage unit. A nozzle discharges liquid crystal of a controlled flow rate to the glass substrate. A driving module(40) drives the piezo valve for flow control. A controller controls a liquid crystal supply controller.
