PURPOSE: A total station for exclusively collecting geodetic survey data for leveling capable of observing topographic variations per each reference point on a real time basis is provided to stably perform a reference level or level geodetic surveying without damages of the total station in waterside. CONSTITUTION: A total station for exclusively collecting geodetic survey data for leveling comprises a supporting stand(100), a buoyancy device(200), a distance-angle measuring device(300), a fixing device, a location indicating device, a horizontal sensor, and a control unit. The supporting stand comprises a receiving space, a supporting stand body, and a plurality of legs(120). The buoyancy device comprises an installation body, a buoyancy member(220), and a plurality of rotating balls. The distance-angle measuring device comprises a fixing unit and distance-angle measuring instrument(320). The distance-angle measuring instrument calculates an angle, a distance, and location coordinates of a measurement point, thereby indicating and storing the same. The fixing device comprises a solenoid and plunger. The location indicating device is received in a plunger insertion groove of the installation body and arranged on the top of the plunger of the fixing device. The horizontal sensor senses the horizontality of the supporting stand body. The control unit controls the fixing device depending on the horizontality of the supporting stand body.
