<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture that can apply to a downlight etc. arranged by embedding into a laying hole of a ceiling material and securing its safety. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 includes a metal fixture body 11, an LED unit 18 having an LED board 22 mounted on a bottom face of the fixture body 11, a lead wire 24 having a soldered terminal 34, wherein the terminal 34 is soldered to the LED board 22, and a reflecting plate 19 mounted inside the fixture body 11.
