<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of improving emission luminance, as an ink material or the like. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a silver-(conjugated compound) complex composition or the like, containing: (1) a silver-(conjugated compound) complex containing silver particles having a Feret diameter of 1000 nm or less, and a conjugated compound adsorbed on the silver particles and having a weight average molecular weight of 3.0×10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more; and (2) an ionic compound. The ionic compound may have a structure represented by the following formula (hh-1). (In the formula, M<SP POS="POST">m'+</SP>represents a metal cation; X'<SP POS="POST">n'-</SP>represents an anion; and a and b each independently represent an integer of 1 or greater.
