PURPOSE: A cylindrical anaerobic digestion apparatus for organic waste treatment is provided to easily drain sludge using a screw by installing the screw in a sludge collecting container. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical anaerobic digestion apparatus includes an anaerobic digestion bath, a screw(120), a scum draining tank(130), and a scum collecting tank(140). The anaerobic digestion bath is cylindrically formed to ensure a space part(111). A first stirrer(112) is installed at the center part of the anaerobic digestion bath. A sludge collecting container(113) is protruded from the bottom of the anaerobic digestion bath. The screw is installed at the sludge collecting container. The scum draining tank is installed at the lateral upper part of the anaerobic digestion bath. A second stirrer(132) is arranged in the scum draining tank.
