<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which the generation of a wave-like concave-convex defect is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate is obtained by directly laminating a protective film made of a polyolefin resin on the matte face of a matte film made of a thermoplastic resin, and in which the melt viscosity (a) of the thermoplastic resin and the melt viscosity (b) of the polyolefin resin at 260°C at a shear rate of 100 sec<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>satisfies inequality:a/b≥2.5.
