<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor with a simple structure that increases a magnetic flux amount available for collecting magnetism while improving assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A torque sensor 1 is constituted by: a torsion bar 13 for coaxially connecting an input axis 11 and an output axis 12; a multipolar magnet 14 fixed to the input axis 11; a pair of magnetic yokes 31, 32 fixed to the output axis 12; a pair of magnetism collecting rings 511, 512 for collecting magnetic fluxes from the pair of the magnetic yokes 31, 32; and a magnetic sensor 41 for detecting magnetic fluxes. The pair of the magnetism collecting rings 511, 512 are formed in semicircular shapes and can be assembled from a radial direction of the pair of the magnetic yokes 31, 32. Further, the pair of the magnetism collecting rings 511, 512 are inserted between the pair of the magnetic yokes 31, 32 in an axis direction so that at least portions thereof are overlapped with the pair of the magnetic yokes 31, 32 in a projection of the axis direction.
