<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a content data management system in which reloading etc. of content data to a terminal can be performed without requiring a complicated operation of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A server 110, a PC 120 and a portable audio terminal 130 are connected through a network 101 to be communicable with each other, and the PC 120 and the portable audio terminal 130 are connected to be communicable with each other by direct line connection. The server 110, the PC 120 and the portable audio terminal 130 store common user data Du(k), and download and stream distribution of music data stored in the server 110 are controlled by the user data Du(k). When the user data Du(k) is updated and stored in the PC 120 or the portable audio terminal 130, it is transmitted to the other device, and updated and stored in each device.
