摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>recovery device and CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>recovery method, with which concentration of basic amine compounds discharged while remaining in decarbonation exhaust gas can be more reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>recovery device includes a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption unit 13A where CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing exhaust gas 11A is absorbed by CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption fluid 12, a water washing unit 13B where CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-removed exhaust gas 11B is cooled and further the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption fluid 12 entrained in the gas 11B is recovered, a circulation line L<SB POS="POST">1</SB>for directly circulating washing water 20 from a top of the water washing unit 13B, an extraction line L<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for extracting a part of the washing water 20 including the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption fluid 12 as extraction fluid 21, a first gas-fluid separation unit 22A for separating gas components 24 from the extraction fluid 21, a concentrating unit 22B which concentrates the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption fluid 12 in the extraction fluid 21 and separates the gas components 24, a concentrated fluid returning line L<SB POS="POST">3</SB>which returns concentrated fluid 23 obtained by concentrating the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption fluid 12 to a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption unit 13A side below the water washing unit 13B, and a gas inlet line L<SB POS="POST">4</SB>for introducing separated gas components 24 into an absorption tower 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
