<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine starting device which secures the lowest operating voltage of an electric load in an inexpensive circuit configuration to avoid instantaneous interruption. <P>SOLUTION: The engine starting device 1 includes: a starter electromagnetic switch 5 series-connected between a battery 3 and a starter motor 2: a resistor 6 series-connected to the starter electromagnetic switch 5: and a shorting switch 7 shorting the resistor. In the case where the lowest voltage value of the battery 3 when the resistor 6 is shorted by the shorting switch 7 to energize the starter motor 2, can not be made larger than that when the starter motor 2 is energized via the resistor 6, a delay time until the shorting switch 7 is closed after the starter electromagnetic switch 5 is closed, is set at infinity by a controlling circuit 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
