Disclosed is a display processing method, apparatus and computer system. The display processing method comprises: when a client operating system (OS) detects a second event that needs to generate a window therefor, generating a second window generation message; the virtual machine receives the second window generation message sent from the user OS; the virtual machine sends the second window generation message to a primary OS; the primary OS generates a second window according to the second window generation message, and controls the second window to be displayed at a second display position of a screen, and the second display position is different from a first display position of a first window, the first window is a previously displayed windows related to the client OS. The present invention enables a plurality of display windows in the client OS to be simultaneously displayed in the primary OS.
