The structure is constituted by horizontal-drainage and vertical-diffusion elements, both of which are structured using annular components, wrapped in a geosynthetic blanket, with a permeability index suitable for this purpose, and to which they adhere by means of a melting process, and wherein the horizontal-drainage element is structured from annular components of square cross section whilst the vertical-diffusion element is structured by annular components of rectangular cross section and, more preferably, "T" cross section, thereby configuring a core that offers a greater degree of resistance to forces exerted by the walls of the subvertical well on the outer periphery of the vertical-diffuser element.
