The device (1) has an air guide element (30) supported in an air guidance body (10) by a rotational axis (31). Four mouth apertures (11-14) are provided in the air guidance body. The air guide element is rotated between two end positions (S1) around the rotational axis. The air guidance body is divided into two regions (B1, B2) by the air guide element in the positions, where the regions are airtightly separated from each other. The mouth apertures are opened in the regions in the end positions. An actuator rotates the air guide element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an air conditioning device (2) a method for operating an air conditioning device.
