The optoelectronic component (100) has an electrical conductive pattern structure (104) that is connected with an optical active layer (112) which is provided with an organic layer. A passivation structure (110) is connected with the electrical conductive pattern structure. The passivation structure is formed by melted and rigid glass frit. The organic layer is provided with an emitter layer, hole conductive layer and functional organic layer. The electrical conductive pattern structure is provided with a substrate electrode and an electrical conductive line. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing optoelectronic component.
