The supercharger (12) has a compressor (13) whose housing (13a) comprises a low pressure input region (15) and a high pressure output region (18), which are respectively connected with a low pressure side (17) and a high pressure side (20) of a suction tube (21). A venturi nozzle (14) of the compressor is arranged between the input and output regions and connected with an activated charcoal filter (8) for venting the filter. A diverter valve of the compressor is connected with the venturi nozzle and opened for venting the filter.
