<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart oil repellency to a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) stretched porous membrane without largely reducing ventilation performance. <P>SOLUTION: An oil-repellant ventilation filter includes a porous membrane having a surface coated with an oil-repelling agent, the oil-repelling agent contains linear fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group represented by (1)-R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>C<SB POS="POST">5</SB>F<SB POS="POST">10</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>C<SB POS="POST">4</SB>F<SB POS="POST">9</SB>or (2)-R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>C<SB POS="POST">6</SB>F<SB POS="POST">13</SB>and the porous membrane is a PTFE stretched porous membrane.
