<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate a remaining amount (residue) remaining at the bottom when a chemical stored in a drum is extracted. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical storage drum includes a cylindrical body having an internal storage portion, and an inlet-outlet portion formed on the upper surface of the body and continued with the storage portion.
