<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal dome that prevents feed deviation and dents from occurring during press process. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal dome comprises the steps of: forming a metal flat plate part 16 linked to a main body part 12 via connection parts 14 by providing opening parts 10a in a metal plate 10; forming a metal dome member 1a comprising a swelling part 30 swelling upward, first inclined parts 32a bent downward and connected from end parts of the swelling part 30, and second inclined parts 32b bent upward and connected from end parts of the first inclined parts 32a, by pressing the metal flat plate part 16 inside boundary parts A each between a metal flat plate 16 and the connection part 14; and obtaining a metal dome 1 comprising the swelling part 30 and pedestal parts 32 that are provided at the end parts of the swelling part 30 and formed by the first inclined parts 32a and the second inclined parts 32b, by disconnecting the metal dome member 1a from the connection parts 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
